Shipping Policy 

We only ship to the continental 48 states. Orders will ship via UPS, Fedex, or USPS depending on factors including the size of the order.

Most orders are shipped within 1-7 business days from payment receipt. All orders are shipped through a carrier and are subject to carrier charges. Shipping is charged as a flat rate free which considers carrier shipping rates. The flat rate fee is subject to change. 

Any damage to the outer package must be noted and brought to the attention of the carrier when order is received. Save all package material in case a damage claim is to be made. If you would like to file a claim, please email photos and a description of the damage to Halarosis LLC. Once submitted, we will advise you as soon as possible (usually within 1 business day) of our course of action.

Delivery Service Policy

Halarosis LLC will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (i.e. blockage of usual routes of transportation, unavoidable accidents, natural disasters, power shortages, riots, etc.).

The buyer acknowledges that a variety of factors may impact and/or delay the delivery and production of the items ordered. Many of them are beyond the control of Halarosis LLC. The Buyer agrees not to hold Halarosis LLC responsible for any delays which are beyond the company’s control. We will do our best to deliver orders within the time promised, but delays may occur for a variety of unknown reasons and circumstances.
